In essence, we enter into a lease agreement with you for three or more years, effectively becoming your tenant. We pay the rent directly to you, on time, every month by Direct Debit, and we look after all bills and standard maintenance during our lease.
We then let out the property to our guests. These are typically families relocating to the area, who require shorter term stays of around 1 - 3 months, for example. We manage all deposits, maintain contents insurance and handle all guest interactions. The property is professionally cleaned after each guest stay.
